Privacy Policy

Effective July 16, 2026 · Last updated July 16, 2026

Innovation Training and Staffing Agency ("ITASA," "we," "us," or "our") operates the website at itsa-health.polsia.app and provides nursing education, NCLEX preparation, continuing education, and workforce development services. This Privacy Policy explains what personal information we collect, how we use it, how we share it, and the rights you have over your data. By using our website or enrolling in an ITASA program, you agree to the practices described below.

1.Information We Collect

When you register for a class, request information, enroll in a cohort, or contact us, we collect the information you submit through our forms. For NCLEX and other student enrollments, this includes your first and last name, email address, phone number, and preferred cohort start date. For organizational and partnership inquiries, we collect the contact name, organization, email, and phone number. If you join our Interest List, we collect the name, email, phone, and program interest you provide.

We also collect basic technical information automatically when you visit our site, including the pages you view, the referring page, your browser type, and device category. We do not collect your precise geographic location, your IP address for marketing, or any biometric or health data.

2.Payment Processing

Program payments are processed through Stripe Payment Links hosted on Stripe's infrastructure. When you click "Pay" on our registration or seat-reservation pages, you are redirected to a secure Stripe-owned checkout page. The card information you enter at that checkout is collected and stored by Stripe — ITASA never receives, processes, or stores your full card number, expiration date, or CVV. Stripe handles that data under its own privacy practices and security standards (PCI-DSS Level 1).

After a successful payment, Stripe sends ITASA a payment confirmation referencing your enrollment. We retain the Stripe transaction ID for accounting and refund processing, along with the enrollment details you submitted. We retain the dollar amount paid, the date, and the program enrolled. We do not retain any card-level data on our servers or in our database.

For PayPal checkout (where available), PayPal processes the payment under PayPal's own privacy practices. We receive a PayPal transaction reference and the same enrollment details listed above.

3.Email and Communications

When you register or reserve a seat, we send a confirmation email with your enrollment details, payment receipt, and next-step instructions. These emails are delivered through Resend, our transactional email provider, using SMTP. We retain the email content for audit, support, and re-send purposes.

If you enroll in a cohort, ITASA notifies its internal team (via internal email) so that program operations, instructor scheduling, and onboarding can be prepared. We do not sell or rent your contact information.

For cohort students, ITASA also sends a short nurture email sequence (typically five emails over the weeks following enrollment) to help you prepare for your program. These are sent via our customer-relationship-management webhook. You can opt out of nurture emails at any time by replying to any message or contacting us directly.

4.Cookies and Analytics

Our site uses a single, first-party analytics pixel operated by Polsia, the platform that hosts our site. The pixel assigns a randomly generated visitor identifier stored in your browser's local storage. It records which pages you view on our site and the referring page you came from. It does not place advertising cookies, does not track you across other websites, does not sell your data to ad networks, and does not collect personal identifiers beyond the anonymous visitor ID. You can clear the visitor identifier at any time by clearing your browser's site data for our site.

We do not use third-party advertising or remarketing pixels (no Facebook, Google Ads, TikTok, or similar retargeting tags). We do not use Google Analytics.

5.Data Storage

Registration, enrollment, and Cohort Hub records are stored in two places:

  • Airtable — ITASA's operational database for student enrollments, organizational partnerships, and Interest List sign-ups. Access is limited to ITASA staff. The Airtable Personal Access Token used to write and read these records is stored as a server-side environment variable and never appears in the browser.
  • PostgreSQL (hosted on Neon) — ITASA's transactional database for programs, products, orders, registrations, and content records. Access is protected by credentialed database connections, and the connection string is held server-side only.

Stripe and PayPal retain payment-related records under their own retention policies.

6.How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to: process your registration and payment; communicate with you about your enrollment, payment, and program; deliver cohort communications and resources; respond to your inquiries; operate, maintain, and improve our site and programs; and meet our legal, accounting, and tax obligations. We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties for their marketing purposes.

7.Your Rights

You have the right to access the personal information we hold about you, correct inaccurate information, request deletion of your information, and opt out of any non-essential communications. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at info@innovationtrainingnstaffing.com or (407) 809-7844. We respond to verified requests within 30 days.

If you are a California resident, you have additional rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), including the right to know what categories of personal information we have collected about you and the right to request deletion. We do not "sell" personal information as that term is defined under the CCPA.

8.Children's Privacy

Our site and programs are intended for adults — practicing nurses, nursing students preparing for licensure, healthcare professionals, and healthcare organizations. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under the age of 16. If you believe we have collected information from a minor, contact us and we will delete the record promptly.

9.Security

We use commercially reasonable safeguards to protect the information we collect, including HTTPS for all web traffic, server-only storage of API tokens and credentials, access controls on the operational database and Airtable workspace, and signed cookies for authenticated sessions. No method of transmission or storage, however, is 100% secure; we cannot guarantee absolute security.

10.Updates to this Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. If the changes are material, we will provide a more prominent notice — for example, by emailing current students or posting a banner on the homepage. The current version always applies to information we hold about you, regardless of when it was collected, except where prohibited by law.

11.Contact

Questions, concerns, or requests about this Privacy Policy or our data practices should be directed to info@innovationtrainingnstaffing.com or by phone at (407) 809-7844. Mail: Innovation Training and Staffing Agency, Orlando, FL.
